How does payment work?+
Typically 50% upfront to start work and 50% on final delivery. Exact payment terms are discussed and agreed in writing before any work begins.
How long does a project take?+
Delivery timelines are shown on each package — from around 1 week for a Silver landing page to 4+ weeks for a Gold full-stack app. Complex Platinum projects have timelines agreed upfront based on your scope.
What if my project doesn't fit a package exactly?+
Submit a request and describe your project in detail. I will review it and recommend the most appropriate tier, or propose a custom quote if the scope sits between packages.
How many revisions are included?+
Two rounds of feedback-based revisions are included in all packages. Additional revision rounds outside the agreed scope can be quoted separately.
Do you work with clients outside Northern Ireland?+
Yes. All client communication is handled remotely via email and video call. I work with clients across the UK, Ireland, and internationally.
